A look back at this year’s best wedding moments!

What a year it has been!  Opulent, over-the-top, no holds barred was the theme this year as our brides and grooms overwhelmed their wedding guests with luxurious experiences. Not since 2007 have we seen so many layers added to the wedding palette.

I’m incredibly proud of our photographic team. Rich, Misha, Brian and Sergey brought their “A” games each and every weekend.  Regardless of the size or scope of the wedding, these photographers operated like gifted surgeons, hitting their shots with intense passion, while always upbeat, positive and calm.

I remember, many years ago, sitting on the floor of my newly opened Kensington studio.  I had few customers and 1 part time employee. I loved photography, but could barely afford film.  I didn’t know how I was going to make ends meet. I remember thinking, “If I could just get one client a week I’ll be in good shape”.  20+ years has passed and we’re still going strong. Driving home after last Saturday’s wedding I said to myself, “Damn, I’m so lucky, I have the best job in the world!”

A big thank you to all the vendors that made these moments possible. With their artistic dedication and relentless desire to please our clients, none of these images would ever have been possible.
